Feature Layout of the day

I was so excited as I was reading my daily email from Scrapbook.com and saw my layout  Sweet was one of the Featured Layouts of the day! That will encourage you to do more for sure! It is really nice to see that from time to time! They are chosen by the number of times a layout is liked by other members of Scrapbook.com.

Here's another card I made. The design is from the Silhouette Design store. A C cardstock, and the pp is from my stash. I bought that paper when I first started scrapping so it is 7 years old. Thanks for looking!

Valentine Cards

I stole some scrapping time today and made Valentines for my DGC! I so enjoyed doing it too! Yep Mojo is back.

I used a design from the Silhouette Design store called an A2 X-card. Paper and card stock by  American crafts and MME.  The owl card is for Maggie and the heart for Bobby!

I was inspired by Jennifer McGuire's video on making ombre backgrounds.  I will be making more of these for sure. It also had ink resist using heat embossing. I used a blending tool to ink the paper and then using a brush to blend toward the softer top.
