Santa Claus and Popcorn

Jingle bells and reindeer horns, Christmas trees and mistletoe, Jesus loves me this I know! Some of the lyrics to the Merle Haggard recording Santa Claus and Popcorn which my kids sang as children while preparing for Christmas to come. Perfect name of this layout I did of the grands! If you would like to hear the entire song here's a link. TFL

2012 Calender

This is the front of the calender I made the girls for Christmas. Of course it is packed full of photos of the grands all taken last year. It is a joy to use through the year, as it takes you back to a happy day last year! I hope they enjoy their's as much as I enjoy making them. Thanks for looking!

Christmas Past

This is a layout for the Book of Me that I am documenting. This photo is of my sister Teri & I visiting Santa in 1949. That would make me about 2 years old and Teri was eight months. Thanks for looking!

Nobody Cares About Me

is the title of the song Maggie sang her first solo to at the schools holiday concert. We were surprised to hear she was doing one, but she did a fabulous job with it. Amazing that one little girl seven years old could get up in front of a room full of strangers and do that! She received high praise from the teachers in her school also. We are so proud of her! She never let us hear the song until the night of the concert-"It's a surprise" she said!

Thanks so much for looking!

Holiday tags

Here are four tags I have made-the first three are inspired by Tim Holtz and the final one by Ellen Hutton Feminine Twist on Holiday Tags. I had a lot of fun  making these even though it will take a week to clean up my mess! LOL

100 Lines

Bobby read 100 lines before Thanksgiving-great job for a kindergardner!  A line is a book that would normally equal 15 minutes of reading for a student his age.  We are so proud of him! He doing so well in school! Thanks for looking!
