I made this for my DGD's 14th birthday. She's at that hard to scrap age. My inspiration is a card I saw on Pinterest. The back ground paper is by Webster's Pages. All the circles were scraps and cut with the Big Shot. I just happened to have a sucker stick from making candy.

This is just like the card says - SWEET! Love this - just so cute with all the bright and different colors. Just shows sometimes simple is best.
