This first one was to make a tag in a shape out of cardboard and then decorate it. I thought this was appropriate for the upcoming holiday.

Puddle Jumping

Maggie's Birthday Dinner

was held at Rockne's this year. Maggie is so proud that she can read now. Quite an accomplishment as she has been reading for not quite a year and she just turned seven. She does very well with reading-a lot better then I did for first grade. She was so excited to be able to read her own birthday cards. Thanks for looking!

Busy Sunday!

I was too busy Saturday to scrap as I was preparing Becky's birthday dinner so I made up for it Sunday! This first layout is The Changing Season with photos of robins in my yard! As you know here i Ohio that is a sure first sign of Spring. I actually saw the one in the tree on February 7!

This next one was for One Little Word challenge at The Moments. The word was ONLY! I do not know about you but I am sick to death of snow and ice! I don't mind winter but the amount of snow, ice and storms this year are ridiculous!

This last layout was for a challenge where you did not use a title. It is Bobby on the playground at Harris Elementary School in September!

I Could Have Danced all Night

Is what I called this layout of Maggie and Jeremy when they went to the Daddy-Daughter Dance at the Quirk Cultural Center on February 4, 2011. Maggie feels totally special when she goes to this dance with her dad!

This is a layout I did for my Retirement Album. It has a pocket on the bottom part of the page that will hold keepsakes-in this case the cards I received from friends and family for my retirement.

Baking Time!

At Christmas everyone was sick in this family! We all started with an upper respiratory bug and then moved right on to a tummy bug and almost all of us had at least one or the other! So the grandchildren and I never got to bake our cookies! In January they had a day off from school and we finally got to bake! Here's the fun photos-the aprons and chef's hats were gifts from our sweet Barb!

Finally Got it Done

What???? Bobby's fourth birthday party layout! I found a sketch by Allison Davis that I absolutely love! Then found paper at Stampin Up that I absolutely loved! So the holidays came and went and I am finally getting this layout done and I think it one of my most favorite ever!

Yes I have started scrapping my daughter's photos for their albums! So you will see a few of them flying by here on the blog. Today's is one of my favorite photos! It's Bob holding Becky when she was a few days old! It is such a tender moment for Daddy's Little Girl!

Precious Becky

Here's a layout I did of my daughter Becky when she was just a few hours old! It was in black & white as you were not allowed to use a flash in the nursery so Bob used high speed film, yes film was what we had way back then! I love that you can see her little beaded bracelet with her name on it! I used Webster's Pages and the flowers are Prima. Thanks for looking!

Snow ball class and snow ball Fight

My Grandchildren were playing outdoors in the snow the other afternoon when Barb our neighbor came out also. The next thing I know is they were all playing in the snow. The first layout she was teaching Bobby how to make a snowball-he knows how but fakes it! The second layout is a two pager of the snowball fight that ensued after class! LOL! who is the having the best time???
